Went to check my drive sprockets on my 2014 kit .Bolts were tight but washers broke. With more inspection the shafts had cracked in them from the key way down to the threads in each shafts. So I'm in the process of changing over to splined shafts .the parts are kinda tuff to get but they are avaliable . Will take some doing but it can be done so every one check your older kit for cracks in the face of the shafts:
