Does anybody know the difference in Drive Clutch Part Numbers for M8's? Its time for my to buy a new Primary wondering if the newer ones are better and if they are interchangable from year to year. I have a 07 M8 hoping I can put on a 08, 09 or even a 10. What do you guys Think?

07 M8 Drive Clutch P/N 0746-192

08 M8 Drive Clutch P/N 0746-939

09 M8 Drive Cltuch P/N 0746-211

10 M8 Drive Clutch P/N 0746-233

not sure about the 2010. it should but with changes to the engine who knows. wouldnt think they would have changed the stub part for the clutch. i wouldnt think twice about getting a 2009 m8 clutch though for the '07 m8. same engine just different programming. i know that for 2009 they changed the primary cover.... machined different so its stronger and less flex.

Far as I understand the 2010 clutch is not interchangable with any other clutch so far. Pretty much all F7, M7, M8 years 05-09 Are interchangable. The difference is the spacer thickness behind the spider. Which may change the engagement Rpm. and a few of the earlier clutches had a smaller outsider diameter, newer ones are 8.25 inches. I,m running a 07 M7 clutch on a 09 HCR , works great.
