Exactly don't stop, a 12 point dui or a 12 point eluding. Since there is not MAEP Mothers angainst eluding police you might have a much better chance of getting it reduced and less fines. Hell you might be able to out run Ponch and John anyway, In 94 those junk tarsus were running 18.4 1/4 mile at Bandaimere.
