Dragon LED tailight swap?

Who has repalced their Dragon rear taillight with an LED one?

I want to get rid of the stock tailight and relocate to the bottom of the seat and use a LED.
Do I need a resistor to make an LED work right?

Which LED? SLP or is there others?

I really like your idea of placing one under the seat! That would really clean it up.

The only thing i'm wondering about when looking at it is how a gas can etc... might block it? Hmmmm

Even a LED light on rear would be much better than the big ugly stock one.

I connected mine to the back of my gas can rack.

i drilled two holes in the bottom of my bumper and mounted the 3 inch LED under there. i was worried about knocking it off there but i never did, the flap didn't bother it. yes it did require a resister for the clean fire engine ground system. i ordered from sled solutions and it came with it in the kit for the CFI engines.
