Been out of the sport for a few years and am looking for where to get good performance parts for the dragon 600 CFIs. Any help would be great!

Holtz Spindles (If nothern else)
You will have a smile on your face all day long!!! You will not know it is a 600 after those little upgrades.
Anything out there for twin pipes? Performance Piston kits?

Oh yaaaa! Carl's all so has port and polish with single or twin, with the twin I believe you have to mix fuel. They also have the big bore kits for that 600 and let me tell you there incredible.

Any one know where to get good tunnel braces for a 2008 Dragon 600?
Concerning your running boards: If you are getting the 2010 "dragon" 600 it is the Switchback platform and the factory sled comes with additional tunnel support structured in. You will still suffer snow buildup and terrible traction but they will be strong. You can drill those rivets out and remove the wishbone support and then we can custom make you some Snowmobile Better Boards that will perform both benefits instead of handicapping you to one or the other. This is not one of our 24 stock models so it will have to be custom so it takes about 2 weeks. Cost is essentially the same as our stock products based on metal volume, cut time, bends, and finally the chosen surface finish.
Now also note: If you are actually getting a RAW IQ chassis then you need to be aware of the potential dangers of adding base riveted supports to the bottom of your tunnel. IF SO BUCKLE DOWN AND READ THE FOLLOWING NOVEL: If not then no worries as your model does not pertain.
CONCERNING TUNNEL SUPPORT FOR THE POLARIS IQ RAW. YOU SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL HOW YOU PROCEED:
For the design of that particular tunnel there is no such thing as braces unless you fabricate a complete U shaped brace that takes it's structure from the upper corner edge just like Polaris factory engineers layed out. Note where the outer footwell support bar is attached and all of the structural support has been engineered.
Rivet supports to the base of that tunnel and wait for a structural failure right by the suspension mounting bracket. The real question is do you pay for the new tunnel bulkhead or does the manufacturer of a KNOWN flawed design pay for the replacement?
Now it sounds like you are thinking about being very tough on your sled. Maybe perform drops or huge jumps that have torn stuff up in the past.
