AT what point does the DPM solenoid get energized and does it stay energized for the entire time or does it cycle on and off as temp and altitude and throttle position change

I BELIEVE it cycles every minute

the dpm is pulsed on/off starting at 3000 rpm depends on rpm,air ,water temp

so if the dpm is sticking will that cause a sled not want to run when you give some throttle?

look at your plugs are you using a lot of gas? loss of power due to rich mixture. the DPM solenoid starts at 4000 rpm.open and closes real fast depending on air box temp water temp, and altitude.

check for vacuum leaks to dpm. If you take dpm off the sled you can connect to 12 power supply and you can see it open and close.
