Don't expect deep snow

Went sledding today out of Nobletts. had a good day. I expected snow to be deep, but major wind and only about a foot of fresh in the blown in areas. Open areas were hard. Have fun if you get out.

Is this a trick? Trying to keep all the fresh for yourself? :face-icon-small-win Guess I will find out tomorrow. Stay safe boys !!

Yeah I was able to find some deep spots like in dabull's picture ya just gotta look for the wind protected areas. But overall most of it wasn't too deep or was tracked out or both. But we found a nice little spot to play in that had snow up to my waist but we left it all tracked out. This was above mill hollow though.

First time the reason we quit riding for the day was "the snow is just too deep" left my mouth today. Unless you were on a road it was WOT and stuck shortly after. I've never had so many sleds all stuck and have to strategically get them out in a certain order so we could all get out. It was amazing.

It was pretty awesome in the Northern Uintas! :face-icon-small-coo

Same with us today. WOT or stuck. Sun came out around 11am and it was blue skies, 24* and deep! Great first ride, stayed away from ANY any areas/terrain.
