opened a Pay-pal claim against this guy.
I have the account info on the thread below this one.

$300 and no skis and its been 16 days. NO tracking # or anything !

You have a pm. I appreciate you going directly to the forum to resolve things instead of through me first. I do apologize but we oversold our SLP skis we were getting in so not EVERY order went out yet and that you were notified they did. However, I do see you filed a paypal dispute, no problem, you paid $300, I have $288 in there so I guess Monday we'll square up on that refund. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Whats that got to do with you telling me 3 different times that the skis wer going to ship on , THE 4TH, THE 8TH, AND THEN THE 11TH, ???? then the last time told me the skis Shipped on monday the 11th of this week and that youd get me a tracking #???? you promised me a tracking number for the 4th ,the 8th , and the 11th,Its saturday and I still dont have a tracking #. So lets get this out in the open............ DID MY SKIS SHIP ON MONDAY LIKE YOU SAID YOU DID???? YES OR NO !!! I left you 5 private messages and you didnt respond with a tracking #. I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU !!!!!!!! DONT PUT THIS ON ME AND MAKE ME OUT TO BE THE BAD GUY. IVE GIVEN YOU EVERY OPPRITUNITY TO MAKE THIS WORK AND MAKE THIS RIGHT BUT YOU DIDNT.

Its hard to chill out when he promised me 3 different shipping dates and never shipped them. I was promised they'd ship on the 4th and then on the 8th and then he told me that the skis had in fact shipped on monday oct 11th but he wont supply me with a tracking # to prove it.
Oh Yeah ........... and then to boot he told me the skis shipped UPS ground insted of 2day like his post says.

What would you do ????????????? Would you just be ok with it ????
Not me!! I gave him every opportunity to make this right but all I've gotten form Andrew is lie after lie !!!
Sorry but I just dont want anybody else on her to end up with the same experience I've had.

I hope this works out cuz I too have a set of skis ordered a day or two before softndeep. Was told by Andrew today that they did in fact ship last week but nothing yet. Not riding anytime soon but my sled will be in the SLC Snow Show and was hoping to have the skis by then.

It really sucks if this turns out to be a scam that their are people out there screwing good people over.

If you actually google his website that was under his profile (www.carandtruckcouture.com) it comes up with a craigslist add that is expired but is shows the phone number. It is a Northern WI area code, and then I yellowpaged it and it came up as Finish Line Auto Sports & Window Tinting in Wausau Wisconsin. Some quick investigation.

As mentioned, 2 out of these 4 guys requested refunds, softndeep has been emailed a screenshot that he has been refunded by paypal and should see it 10/21. The other has received his in full as it was just processed.

Just guessing you are actually having these drop shipped? So you are at the descretion of the company? You need to tell your customers this next time before people go nuts like this.

No. He's not having them drop shipped. I know this because he told me originaly that just one of my mounts was wrong and he would ship the skis to me ,and the wrong mount "drop shipped" directly to me.
Never once did he say they "oversold the skis" and that they dont have them. I dont know what really happened but he told me all that was wrong with my order was supposedly just that one mount. So where did my skis, and loops ,and carbides go ????????????
Then I was told the skis would drop ship later after they never got shipped in the first place! but that never happened either ! If he was having the skis drop shipped.......... he never would have got the wrong mount. I would have!!

I'm not getting skis at all from white-Powder. I'm just suppose to be getting my $300 dollar loan back after 3 week of BS !!!!!
What a complete waste of time !!!!!!!

And Like I said in past posts........... I've yet to see anyone chime in and give positive feedback for any of the "Great deal on Powder Pro skis" they got from Andrew - "White-Powder".

Well, now paypal is showing that his refund is pending until November 3rd, and I also attached a paypal screenshot so nobody can come back and say that I am lying. Called paypal and they said they are waiting on my bank.
