I know there is a lot of snow in the hills still but it is time that WRP starts thinking about summer.

We will be launching our new Off Road Gel seat for the Motorcross/Enduro style bikes in April of 2011 and are in need of donor bikes and test riders.

We are in need of the following models and will need the bike for approx 2-3 weeks.

Yamaha YZ450F 2010-11

Yamaha YZ250/450F 2006-09 (This spot taken, Thanks Derrick)

Honda CRF450x 2005-11

I can use it if it is a 2007. I dont think i am going to go any further back on that model and the 2007-10 are all the same. We are quite backed up with bikes right now and cant take it until April 3rd.

Seat Development

Thanks to those who have donated bikes, we now have tooling done for 4 models and are ready for some more bikes. We will be producing parts out of those molds next week.

The next bikes we need are:

Yamaha YZ450F 2010-11

Honda CRF450x 2005-11 (Ron we may have to try and use yours)

KTM SX 125-530 2007-2010

Honda CRF450R 2009-11

Suzuki RMK 450 2008-11

Kawasaki 250F or 450F 2009-11

We can take some or these bikes towards the end of the week.

WRP Gel Seat Development

How is the seat development coming along

It is coming along quite well, riders have put a fair amount of hours on the high and low density seats and we only need to make minor density changes. I got some seat time this last weekend on the WR450F and the seat is a huge improvement over the stock one. We now have IntelliGel on board with us and will be manufacturing Gel using their technology and patent protection. Our production worthy Gel molds will be ready to run by the end of next week. Those who have donated bikes should see a production seat around that same time, i don't want to send them off with prototypes.

If anyone has a suggestion of a model of bike they would like to see done just let us know.

The attached image is a Gel Part out of our prototype mold.
