so i just rebuilt the engine. you might have seen the explode pics on here

she started up idled great, warmed her up...

i kicked her into reverse to back it out of the truck and ever since then it hasn't idled well since.

to start it i have to pull it and it stumbles then dies if i don't give it a little bit of gas. also its backfires when i hold the throttle at 2000. after its warmed up... sometimes it will idle fine at 1500. but most the of the time it hits like 1000, then dies after stumbling..

other issue i have is i was about 3/4throttle up this hill and after about i would say 1min later i would just start loosing power. but if i keep feathering it... its comes back. now to me that sounds like a fuel pump issues?

Check fuel pressure. I assume you put a new filter with a new engine? The uphill power falling off sound like something an exhaust valve falling off would cause.

what is the chassis relay?

the flywheel is keyed, and the stator only really goes on one way also? anything im missing?

how do i check the tps... sounds like i need the special polaris tool. do i have to take it to the dealer?

also when the nose is up... like i had it on the ramps on the truck to try and bleed the coolant. it dies... seems like every time the noose it up..

the stator only goes on one way, but do you have the gap on the trigger sensors on the stator set correctly?

have you checked your fuel pump assembly? confirm whether the fuel lines are intact or if you have one of the ones that came apart.

as far as i know you can't set the gap on the trigger, according to the manual.. its non adjustable.

My sled was doing almost the exact same thing and it ended up being the tps wires where broken at the connector. they would test fine but weren't.
