Does lightweight void Warranty?

Anything that changes vibration characteristics (changing mass does for sure) could probably be used as cause for denial of warranty by a manufacturer. Especially if it is tied directly to the crankshaft like the flywheel and cup are.

Depends on your dealer (if they sell you and install the parts) and whether or not Polaris requires pics of your damaged motor. I had an axys motor go down once. I pulled the head off at my house and the dealer (who I know very well) was making the warranty claim. Polaris wanted pics of every part of the motor sent in with the claim.

My dealer said no, but like mad max said, if they wanna be dicks they can, he also said as long as your not changing the head. You should be fine

So - I pulled the trigger and sent clutches off to Patricks and flywheel and brake rotor off to ZRP.

Can someone point me to the Torque specs to put it all back together?
