Does anyone run multiple monitors on their computers?

Is this for a desk top pc or a laptop?

If it's a desktop I believe you will need a duel monitor card and thats usually not standard.

Why two monitors on one computer? If so just buy a XFX Geforce Graphic card they are amazing and have to monitor hook ups(depending on model).

That one appears to be same view on both monitors.

I'm looking for ability to view different views simultaniosly.

Flying snow is correct, just open another window and drag it to the other screen. The other option is to use multiple video cards. The monitors on the wall are ran by 1 computer 4 video cards, the monitors on the desk are on one computer 2 video cards. I was at Tiger direct yesterday and they have some great deals on great cards $60 - $80 and up.

duals here, I only use a single most of the time, but if I am doing a lot a file transfers or editing I use both.

With my work laptop docked, the external screen becomes #1 and the laptop's display goes to #2... there's some options in displays to set mirroring/multiple displays. Really just need either more than one video card or one video card with multiple outputs.

I only run 1 monitor on each computer but I can run 2 monitors..my puters are made for gaming so I run BFG 8800 series cards..they run over 500 a pop but awesome graphics and lifetime warranties..also run the latest direct x 10 games....
