Does Anyone Recognize this Turbo Kit?

New to the turbo thing and looking to do a turbo on my 04 Escape 800. Thought I might start with understanding who's kit it is so I can get install/operating instructions.

Any help is appreciated.

Go see Shane from Hart Motorsports (HM TURBOS) in Lolo MT. He knows turbos as well as anyone and he's 20mins away from you...
