get the drivers from avid products or tracks usa. They are the same as the revs, 1-1/16 hex. Just a personal opinion but if I was going to switch, I would go to the skidoo 163 on a thou. It's a few pounds lighter than the maverick 162. I have one and that's what I would do. Tracks usa has the 2.86 pitch drivers to fit the shafts as well.
