I can see where you are going with this... and your intent of having a sincere converstation with someone in charge is the "human" thing to do.
BUT
Polaris Industries is a large publicly-traded company. There are protocols set up for what can be said to the consumers... the legal departments have to consulted and, in this case... unless they had a board meeting about "Why is (problem-X) affecting the P.I.'s P&L's.... The president would probably have NO clue about what you are talking about.
In this day and age... regardless of the Sled mfg... you just won't have access to someone like this outside of a shareholders meeting.. and that would also be a slim chance.
In the end.... you would be better off talking to the Director of SnowMobiles, Chris Wolf, at his office in Medina IF this were possible.. as he would be "in the know" for what is going on with the sleds.
Again though... with a publicly-traded company... there are limitations as to What can be discussed etc. Frustrating for both sides, but that is the society that we live in. Same is true for John Deere, Ford, General Mills, Apple, Smith&Wesson, etc etc.
I feel for you, and it would be great for a "town meeting" type of interaction... but Polaris Industries just could not pull that off IMO.
