I have a 01 skidoo 700 and fouled a plug the other day been running ngk BR9es and the store I went to gave me B9es. I did not notice right away and it run fine but what is the difference?

R is resistor plug.

You need to run the "R"s.

not to hi-jack the thread but my 01 700 had br9ecs plugs in it.

What is the c and is this causing a problem?

the C was a designation for a plug that helps detonation on the 800 skidoos
always run the ECS on 800s

your fine the R is for resistor helps controll electrical interference with radios tvs electronics etc
