Does anybody have a MCX display manual PDF file??

Now that I got my MCX display to communicate I have no user manual on how to use it and make adjustments etc...It states on the instruction dvd to refer to the"instuction manual provided" to instruct how to adjust fuel tables etc.... and I did not get one?

Does anybody have a PDF file they can send me so that since I cannot attempt any changes without one. Thanks!
