Dodge Dakota brake controller question....

I gave a coworker a pre wired brake controller from my Cummins. He has an '07 Dakota. Does anyone know if these trucks have the bllue connector under the steering wheel like my Cumins has? The truck isn't here, so we can't go look. I'm just curious how he can go about this, and if that connector is, or isn't there.
