Dodge custom wheel/tire package

I have a set of wheels and tires for sale. The wheels are Moto Metal 955 chrome, 17x9 with a -12 offset. The tires are Goodyear Dura Trac's, 285/70R17's. Only have about 2000 miles on them, Im going to a set of 20" wheels and tires. These are in excellent condition, over $2200 invested. They are an 8 hole wheel that came off of my 2012 Dodge pickup. Also come with lug nuts. $1500 or best offer, located in Forsyth Mt.

Whats the bolt pattern they may fit my 95 ford 3/4 ton?

Yes they will fit. Bolt pattern is 8x6.5

Are the Front wheel open he will have a manual hub?

Hubs are closed but all you have to do is cut the center of the center cap out.
