Dobeck fuel controllers

Anyone on here sell the Dobeck gen 4 fuel controllers. Looking into one for my 12 ktm 500 exc. Haven't heard much more about them being used on anything other than the kx 450. Is it still being tested? Any updates on this fuel controller would be great.

I will have the Gen4 on my 450 SX-F this year. I have always worked directly with Dobeck through Nick. I'm not sure how much the code changes between the KX and the SXF but Nick might be able to shed some light on the situation. If there is some code testing going on I will surely update you on what we find.

Last month I had Nick from Dobeck make up a Gen 4 controller for my 2012 500 EXC so he does them for this model. I just got a megabomb so I will be welding up the O2 sensor in the next few weeks and setting it up. I'm not sure what's involved on Dobecks end for tweaking the controller from Make and model; however he gave me targets for each of the zones. I think it will be a little trial and error for the first few rides.

To keep the chaos and names straight,

I am Nick, and worked at dobeck up until a few weeks ago. (time for newer and better things)

I helped develop the snowbike code and supported the guys last winter and got a few setup this summer. I am doing my own shop now and will be dealing and supporting the gen 4 for the snowbikes like nobody else can. I wrote the production code and have worked on every stage of building the controllers when i was at dobeck so i know the product. If a guy has a bike that requires different code(rare), I have spent hundreds of hours doing this, so im not just jumping into it to make a buck. I am finishing up my new shop and will be selling and supporting these units as soon as my time can go towards support and not building.
