here is a pic of how far my belt is traveling up my primary clutch after 200 miles of riding. many long wide open pulls, powder and hardpack. running a c3 belt drive with 24/54 ratio. what you all think? I might try a 7 tooth 3" pitch driver. this is on a 2012 pro rmk. thanks

This is mine with 19:42 gearing.

I need to drop 2 grams in the primary to get more RPM's but not sure if that will cause the belt to ride up more. I have not had any long WOT runs to make this thing climb into over-drive either though.

I was running 62g belly buster at 8300 rpm with 23/54 gearing on a C3 belt drive. was actually thinking of trying the 64g belly busters just to see what rpms i would pull then.

I've got 64 gram Belly Busters in mine right now (64.51 grams/per actually) and it was a bit sluggish at 6000'. Going to pull them and drop some 10 series I have. May look for some 62 g BB's when I find the weight I want.

I have tried both and get about 1/2 from the top of the clutch WOT-
I feel that the belly busters are good for boondocking on/ off throttle but leave much on the table for allowing full shift out with little tip weight.
climbing in powder and maintaining full shift.
I do get 8350 rpm @ 10,000' with them though- just bad placement in the weight for a full use of all our clutch IMHO
2016 2.6 163 Axys running 2.33 gearing TKI belt drive and 8 tooth drivers.
