Do any of the trucks transmit Bluetooth?

This would be a nice feature for sledders to listen to XM in their trailers through the stereo in the truck.

Same with fishermen in an ice shack.

Is this out there yet?

I am with you on this one! I just bought a Burandt trailer and was wondering if there was a way to do it. I called a local stereo shop and asked and they didn't know of anything. He said that you could add another stereo to your account through XM if the stereo was compatible for half the price of your present package. If anyone has any ideas on how to go about this please chime in.

I bought this for home but it could easily be used for what you guys are suggesting. Most stereos have a aux jack and that's all you need.

Okay I have a 2015 Ram 2500 with Uconnect and the 8.5" display with XM built in to the system and a 2017 Trails West Burandt Snowcheck. I am not sure if the transmitter can be plugged into either of the stereo system to play the XM from the trucks factory system? If I am missing something please let me know.

I have one similar to that and to expect transmission from cab to trailer may be optimistic, I estimate 20 line of sight max.

Also, I am not aware of any of the factory stereos having an output jack? Please correct me on that if any of the latest trucks do indeed have that.

Why not BT trailer stereo off of phone? Most music apps now can cache music on your phone for when you don't have service.
Usually the only can cache with paid subscription. At anywhere from $3.99 for Slacker to $9.99 for Spotify its still cheaper than XM. And you can skip songs unlike XM.

Because XM has sports channels, Fox News etc

I'm thinking more sitting in fish shack, or working in garage or shop listening to whatever.
Don't need it for music, I've got a better library than most radio stations.

As far as getting pumped to go riding, if I need that motivation I'll quit riding!

If u get the package that has the app on your phone u could use it, also alot of other apps like Pandora to use
