Hey guys, some of you may find this useful. Made my own air ride for my YZ450f.
Used some standard snap in schrader valves. Tapped them with a M5 0.8mm tap. Drilled through a M5 set screw about 3/4" long.
Reused the stock O-ring from the bleed plug and threaded together.
14psi makes a world of difference just in the bounce test even with RMR Works fork work.
Should be the same process on most bikes with an M5 plug. I think KTM/Huskys use an M6 and would probably be to big to tap into the Schrader valve.
