Ditching the Pro Taper Handlebars

So my first week of riding on my Pro I have come to the conclusion that I absolutely hate the stock pro tapers. I found the bars to wide and to straight for my liking forcing me to use the grab strap. Also could do with another inch of rise. Anyone got any suggestions on aftermarket bars for me? By the way im 6'3".

I am 6'3" myself and just use a 1" block spacer. I also rotate the bars forward about 1.5 degrees using the scale on the bars. I had my '13 like this and had to change my '14 right away. Fits great, cheap to try. Just moving the bars forward helped me a lot.

I did move them forward and hated them more. Im looking for a bar thats narrower with a better sweep towards me! Ill be selling the stock bars with heaters, grips, and mountain strap if anyone is interested?

Dan Adams Fly bars here. Different profile, lower and I narrowed them up, and they work great!!

I had someone get on my sled after I put the adams fly bars on and they said they really liked them because they were taller than the original bars. They were surprised when I told them they were actually lower. I think it's the fact that they are narrower that makes them seem taller. I really like them.

The Dan Adams bar might be great for someone 6' and under but being 6'3" they are way to short for me. The stock pro tapers had me bending over. I believe Polaris came up with the pro taper height for someone who is around 6' tall which would accomodate a vast number of riders plus or minus of 6'.

I've got no complaints with the pro tapers. At 6 5 I added a 2" riser and for me they're perfect. Set to 0 on the forward / back setting.

Im about the same height as you and just switched to the BoonDocker 2.0 CFR bars and love them. I doubt you will as they are wider and less swept than the stock pro tapers. I also added a 6" riser to get them up to the same height as stock with a 2" riser.
