I just got bike (06 crf450) and was wondering if we could still unload at golf course rd. under the power lines? I use to a few years back but that kind of stuff is changing quickly around here. The trail map shows a trail about 4-5 miles up the road so i figured i could at least get to the trails from there. Anyone know?

Unless you are street legal I would say legally no. All the forest service roads require a plate. Not shure where the trail heads are on that side. Tanuem Creek is where I know you can legally hit the trails.

To be legal, the closest from the west side is to ride to the top of Woods/Steel Rd. and pick up the trails that run along the 4510 road....Under the power lines is now pretty much privately owned. I have a friend with 35 acres under the power lines - he and his neighbors have fenced it off.

went up fowler then up little creek to a trail head. more houses around the power lines now, so yes i had to drive a few miles up the road to the trail head. I'll try the woods and steel way next.

The Little Creek way is the best. It puts you onto good trails quick.
