Dinner help

My turn to cook dinner. Wife got a pork tenderloin. WTF do I do to it? Do I give it a decient burial in the back yard and order pizza? Not fussy, will bbq, bake, muff pot, or deep fry! Please help with sudgestions and/or recipies. Thanks!
 
put that pig on the grill and cook it low and slow. Awesome flavor and make sure it's juicy!
 
I have been q-ing tenderloins with a really simple sauce....
1 part honey, 1 part soy sauce, and one part dijon mustard. Mix all three parts together, and let the tenderloin sit in it for as long as you can.
Put it on the grill, and roll it every 3 minutes, low heat, basting it with leftover sauce, and then if the grill is big enough, turn off the heat under it, and turn on the heat beside it, and let the bbq do the convection thing....
 
I let Outback Steakhouse do my cooking. That way you can eat it.:D

get takeout from outback,throw away your pig and claim you made it. serve on your own dish.:D:beer;:beer;:D

or muff pot it. ride all day, so the engines nice and hot, throw the pig in the muff and after your done eating the pig, put the sausage in the other muff pot:D:beer;:beer;:D
 
pork tenderloin on charcoal grill use one of those throw away tin/metal turkey pans throw some extra virgin olive oil in there put tenderloin in it and cook for a while on one side flip and cook to i think 160 internal temp i would have to double check. rub it down before you cook with seasonings of choice
 
I usually grill after marinating & wrapping in foil to keep it moist.
Don't over cook it.


Wanna really simple one?
Buy a tenderloin prepackaged vacuum packed in a marinade or bbq.
Leave in the vacuum packing.
Fill the crock pot with water, throw package in, turn on hi & eat in 2 hours.
