I was doing some testing today on grass, wet grass. Mountain sled with 162x2.5 track. I noticed as the sled took off and started to build boost and almost immediately the track would spin like i was on ice and It wouldnt build anything over 8-9 lbs. Am I dealing with an issue of boost leak or an issue of just not enough drag, free spinning and not able to build boost. Additionally, tonight when i got home i checked and found the two lines going from the top of the intercoller to the fuel rail, one of the rubber hoses appeared to be bulging outward. Can this section of the fuel rail be blocked, and if so, can you clean it. ?? What gives.

Thanks

EW

that would be your idle air controller and the tb sync. if any of the hoses are off it would be a boost leak for sure. you cant remove it it has to stay.

Sounds like you need to make a leak down plate for the exaust side of the turbo and do a leak test. You'll find all your troubles and its just piece of mind.

Leek down test will definately make your life better as far as checking for problems..

but my sled is the same way for boost, I can lift the track up and mash it, builds like 7-8## then starts to back down.. if its just spinning on hte grass it will do the same thing.
