Dimond drive problems

I have a bad grind and vibration only when im coming down hill and in the back shift. I trader out the driven clutch with another and still have the same problem any ideas ?

Just had two 2008 M8 Sno Pros that grenaded the diamond drives. One had the same noise comming from it when pressure was taken off the drive system ( down hills and off the throttle). You better take a look into the Diamond Drive you'll probably find material in it and hopefully not like mine finding all the gears destroyed as well. But it sounds just like my experience which is not cheap to fix !

Thanks

Thanks for the heads up I will tear into it some time this week.

Check the oil. If you have any brass shavings in it, you will need some repairs. In the 07/08 DDs the transfer gear welds would break occasionally and the gear that goes inside the planetary would slip on the shaft. This completely destroys the planetary assembly. The parts you would need include the transfer/planetary assembly. They run about $450. Hopefully this helps and is not your problem!
