different kill switch

The kill switch on my 2012 800 RMK is part of the throttle assembly. Too often, this button gets bumped, sometimes ejecting me forward. Is there a way to disconnect this and put a remote kill switch in another location?

Two o rings under it and put on a tether.

Just put a oring over it, it will stop the accidentally kill. But still works just have to push harder.

That switch will slide out of the throttle block. I did it on my 12, if I recall you remove the end plate on the throttle block and slide out the kill switch. Then I cut a piece of black, high density foam to go back in its place.

i put a "race rubber" on mine i know the o-rings work as well, the race rubber is something a local buddy of mine sells so i supported the cause they are cheap and work awesome. www.race-rubber.com

Buy the 13+ switch mount.

Put it anywhere on the bars.

I've never had a problem bumping mine off, until the other day. Bet I hit it and killed it 7-8 times in one day!

I just took mine off, as I use a tether. I use the key to shut it off.
