Different gearing

So the dealer doing my reverse update tells me today that i have a 49 tooth lower gear in my sled and said 38 was stock anyone else have this setup or is it a assembly line screw up.
Also what are the pros and cons of each setup.
Also the chain was ready to come apart.

So I'm guessing it will be like a different sled even without all the upgrades.
