Difference in avi bags???!!

What is the difference in avalanche bags??? Why would I want to buy the snowpulse protect vest over the wary avi vest? Or any of the brands? I'm going to buy one this year and I'm just driving to get educated on these things. I'm really liking the vests so I am trying to decide between the snowpulse and the wary. Any info would be great. Thanks

Yes, check with the guys at SnowBigDeal! If possible, try all of the different packs on and see which feels the most comfortable for you. They all have different features and some weigh more than others.

Personally, I wear a BCA float throttle. It is lightweight with a good amount of storage and wears comfortable. More importantly is function.... I like that it comes standard with the pull handle on the right shoulder allowing the rider to keep their right hand on the throttle on the sled and deploy the bag with the left hand. It is simple to get the canister refilled. The pack has good internal storage for a shovel and probe that keeps them organized and very easy to quickly access.

Whatever you go with, make sure you are very familiar with it and set it up to be very easy to deploy if necessary though hopefully you never do!

I chose an abs vario bag with the snowmobile (SB) attatchment. Holds shovel, probes etc. fitment is a must! You ride all day , you want it to fit correctly! Trigger is moveable side to side and up and down based on rider preference!

I spent close to 1k for my bag, over priced? Some may think , but I am glad everyday I wear it that I bought one!!

We would be happy to help you out, and have both vest sitting here on display to go through over the phone or in person with you. Along with having, multiple versions of the back packs in stock, along with top brand shovels, probes, and beacons. It is the whole package that you work with that will make you the happiest. Some shovels don't fit some bags, along with some probes being too long for certain packs. Not to mention the money you can waste on products that will surely break when you need them the most. There is a ton of info to go over, and we would be more than happy to discuss these options if you would like. All of our staff here runs BCA, theWARY, and Snowpulse, so we have some pretty real life educated answers and opinions.

Let us know if we can help! And as always feel free to shoot us a PM.
