Difference between 2 700 cylinders?

3021767-came on the 2007 700's and the early production 2008's
3021866-came on the 2008-2010 700's
They both are a 81mm bore. Basically wondering if the Wiseco pistons which are listed for the 2007 700 will work in my 2008 with the 3021866 cylinder. Wiseco doesn't list a piston for the 2008-2010. I'm thinking they're the same just that the 2007 cylinder didn't have the decompression hole. Anyone know this for sure? Tired of the out of spec pistons from Polaris breaking skirts and taking out my motor.
Thanks

I'm interested in this as well, as I plan on going through my engine this summer - an '09 700.

I had a broken piston skirt take out my cylinder and crankcase on my 08 700 at the end of last season. My cylinders were the 1866's and I put the wiseco piston kit in and have over 500 miles on them with no issues so far

I've had that happen twice. On the supposed "bulletproof" 700. Once at 1500 miles and then again at 2400 miles. That's the kind of answer I was looking for. It should work then. I've just been replacing pistons every 800-1000 miles to be safe now after my luck. They are out of spec when new and after running them 800 miles they are another 2-3 thousands farther out of spec. Will do the Wiseco thing over the summer. I've heard their clearances are within spec way better than the Polaris pistons.
Thanks
