I just picked up a 2008 dragon 800 with 1700 miles for $8200. Here is a list of some goodies it came with.

Timbersled 163 skid with Iceage rails
Timbersled front kit
Fox Float2's all the way around
BD race gas turbo with big intercooler
BD control box
AEM wide band guage
R&M side vents
Fire N Ice intake
WRP Mountain Tuff Boards
Skinz front bumper
Shock tower vent
SLP Snow Pre-Filter kit
Polaris Handguards
I also got all the stock suspension pieces with it.

All work was done by TCP and I have the receipts.

Not amazing but not bad. Good list of extras. If that is the stock 5.1 track that would be the first to go for me. The D8 is a good sled to buy right now because of the people unloading them. You just have to know what to do to those sleds.

It is a good sled to buy but know what to look for in thee 800CFI. Did you pull the exhaust and look at the pistons? Does it have a new engine? or the 10 updates? Not sure about the price of a turbo new/ used but that seems to be a big plus for the price. Great list of extras but it has some miles and a reputation.

Dealers were selling 2010 hold over Stock RMK's last year with e-start here for $8000 & 1 year warranty. Oil, belt, cover plugs $250 more.

if it is what you want its a good deal that sled looks clean. it would cost you a fortune to build that sled. I bought my turboed dragon for $5000 at the end of last season. it was mostly stock other then the turbo kit. I am putting the stuff on it that I want on it now but I would say you did good. you could put that sled back stock and sell all the aftermarket parts and make money on it. thats what I look at when I buy sleds

It had the MY08/09 update kit installed in Oct of 09.

Last year it wasn't ridden a lot because the previous owner got a pro.

He had the turbo, vent and intake all installed at the same time. The receipt says all that cost more than I paid for the sled.

If it does turn out to be a POS, that is exactly what I plan to do.

Before you pi$$ off Rob Heeb (F-bomb) you might want to change the better boards to WRP boards in your option list. Other than that, it looks like you paid an excellent price for a great sled with a great amount done to it by a great dealer. RMK is right, to build that same sled would have been in the 15 Kish range, if not more.

I totally agree with Bug, the track would go in the trash can. A Powerclaw or Camo Ext. would really make that sled with all that has been done to it absolutely SICK....

I don't want to make anybody mad, I have changed it...thanks.

A new track isn't in the budget this year but I have heard good things about F-Bomb's track mod. Would I benefit from this or would it trench to much?
