did a motor swap, high idle ?

Swapped a 13 motor into a 12 pro ride
fuel rail is from 12,injectors, stator etc

fired it up as its about done and its idling around 2700 RPMS

throttle bodies are fully closed at idle, kinda confused about where to even start with this one
any advice?

how can I tell If its a crankseal? would the plugs show the difference?
the intake boot should not have any cracks I gave it a good look over while dropping it in but it is the old one and I cant rule that out

and I should rephrase NEW motor, new to me ordered off of ebay from a junked sled

I also have no throttle sitting on it right now, I had a munster on it and moved it over to the new sled after the motor went down, would something like that be causing this?

Fire the sled up and take some starting fluid and spray it on the backside of the clutch. If it revs up more then you have a bad crank seal. I'm not sure on how to check pto side but that should point ya somewhere for now.

Not sure how tempermental the TPS is on the Pros but my 900 switchback was horrible for TPS adjustment.
