Diamondfield (South Hills) Pics 11-21-14

Its a little late, but here's some pics of the Diamondfield Jacks (South Hills) area on Friday 11-21-14. The road up sucked as normal. Icy covered and slick anywhere the was shade on the road. Parking lots were bear dirt (ie: mud) every where, except where the trees cast enough shade. The trails had full size vehicle tracks in them, so it was a bit hard to navigate. More than enough snow to keep the sleds lubed and cool. Perfect for what we were wanting to do, break in belts and leak check last summers maint and repairs.

So, if you were headed up next weekend to cut your xmas tree, I would say you would be safe bringing either a 4wheeler or sled. But that all depends on what these 47deg days bring over the next couple days......
