Diamond S or Skinz hood?

Which one lets in more air? I have a turbo and need all the cool air I can get.

I liked the Skinz better than the Diamond S. Diamonds S leaves it up to you to fab up a bunch of stuff that should have been done by them. Skinz hood comes complete with hinges and hold downs and seals up much better than the other.

Can you use the cat plenum with this hood.

I had to fit twins under mine, I already the CPC air intake so I just left it open to the engine air that was very cool do to the mesh hood. Skinz supplies you with a prefilter cap to put on the stock nose box.

I would add a hold down strap to either side above the shock corner of the side panels. Keep the hood closed when rolling the sled and it was very durable. I missed having headlights, coming home in the dark kinda sucked.

Now I run a CPC stage 2 with a cold air intake. Works pretty good!

I run the Skinz hood and couldn't be happier with it.

Ive ran both and perfer the Skinz. It flow plenty of air and actually fits.
