Are they still in business?

I have been trying to contact them for over a year via phone (left messages) and email through their website. I have a polaris mesh hood that I need repaired and have had no luck. Anyone have contact to actually speak with someone?

That is the site i have been using. I sent another message and will try calling one last time. If this proves unsuccessful, then i will move over to R&M.. Thanks blownmotor...
