DET issues on turbo pro

I am having a DET problem on my 2012 pro 800, I am running a boost it turbo @ 6psi, I had a code for the pipe sensor so I changed it and it just kept hitting DET, I was running almost straight av at 6000' When I got home I pulled the head to check for damage and there is none, pistons head and clinder all look in good shape, cleaned exhaust valves. Checked tps, even took to dealer to clear codes with digital wrench, they verified the tps setting and that the pipe sensor was reading, they said their was over 90 det codes from both cylinders. took it out again at 2500' running straight av. it wasn't reving, almost like ecu was pulling timing, I pulled 4g out of Dalton weights and it still sucked, as soon it hit 8000rpm it said DET, so I parked it in the trailer and rode the wifes 600 adventure :P I am going to try a new det sensor and new plugs and try again tomorrow. Any advice would be appreciated

boost it

Do you have your boost it box set to record your air fuel Numbers? It makes it pretty easy to see where you may be lean.

It's the low boost kit so no AFR, I've talked to Neil and he gave me a few ideas. But no luck yet, it ran pretty damn good when I first got the turbo put on, just last trip it started getting progressively worse now it won't run worth ****. So I don't think it's a lean spot or the kit, there is no signs of leaving out ( plugs) or detonation. So it's gotta be a electrical gremlin... Or maybe a vibration or something.

Is it a full Boost it turbo kit, or just his box?
Sorry posted at the same time. The Det sensor can mistake other noises as Detonation. I broke a engine strap last year, and with the engine moving around in the chassis it was hitting det while just cruising back to the truck.

No problem. The engine bolts to the straps. What im saying is look at the det sensor like it is a microphone. It might be hearing something rattling or banging but not necessarily detonation. Your problem might not be detonation.

Ok thnx ill have a good look tomorrow, another guy suggested the pipe could be rubbing the frame so kinda same idea. I can hopefully track something down, cause I'm sure it's not detonating.

det

I was having set problems last year also. Every time it would start to pull hard it would pop the details code off. it was my airbox hitting the frame. Bout made me pull my hair out
