Designing a snowflap...

I dont have a snowhawk so i cant comment on what design would work, but i do own a snowflap business. If you guys think of what would work, i have several different materials from 3/16" Low Density polyethylene to 1/6" Fiber-infused Rubber. www.greatlakesmudflaps.com
 
All right, we got something here I think. Found that on the "200lbs sled" thread.

That's pretty much what I had in mind at the beginning. I'd be very curious to know how it works out.

I think flat bars versus round tubes would create less drag though.

And Tony the only thing that's off of a Hawk on that thing is the crappy stock 3 shock suspension... inspiring build that's for sure though but there's still one major design flaw : it's got 2 skis. Why two when you only need one ?
