Dennis Kirk, Fix Your problem

I order 2 parts a few weeks back. The windshield part # I found on their site. The handldebar risers I wasnt sure about so I called them. Nice guy helped me out. I get the shipment and the wrong windshield. Not even close. I called them and explained. She said to write down my vin # and tell them what I wanted to exchange it for in the retuned box I sent back.With my daytime phone #'s . Just in case, I decide to call them to make sure that they saw my note for a 12" windshield . Nope, they sent me a 17" . To late to stop it now sence it left this morning. I left a messege with the manager.
I would have preffered to buy locally but we dont have dealers in the area.

Marilyn ( Manager ) got back to me. It hadnt left on the truck yet . She gave me what I wanted in the first place. Thank you Marilyn. Im still wary about the shipping dept.

Of all the mail order catalogs, they have the cheapest and fastest shipping to Alaska. I've been ordering stuff from them for over 7 years and I've never had a bad experience.

I've dealt with them a lot, never had a problem that wasn't my fault (ordering the wrong size, etc) And they make it the easiest of any of the mail order places to return things that aren't right for any reason.

I used to buy from DK all the time. They stopped sending me catalogs. I try to order Hy-fax this year from the "online catalog"......The web catalog is a mess, so I asked they mail me a catalog.....Never got it and took my business elsewhere...

Same here. Used to buy from DK all the time, but their website sucks, and hasn't gotten any better over the years.
Now that I have a decent shop close to me, I try to buy parts there. Otherwise, Hi perf Engineering, or online dealers.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. UPS just delivered my order today and everything looked great. I'll agree that their website isn't overly friendly.
