i just had my engine overhauled and a new stater put in along with a voltage regulater but my head lights are so dem almost like there not on at all? could this be a ground problem on the 05 500ss ?

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I seem to be having some electrical issues as well. First off, my high beams went out at the tail end of the riding season last winter so i never bothered to replace them. I finally got around to changing the bulbs earlier today. Not too long after both of the low beams went out. What I'm thinking is that the voltage regulator needs to be swapped out along with some fuses. Would this course of action remedy my current situation? Thanks in advance!
