Deluxe Gauge Coolant Temp is not F or C

As I'm sure quite a few know, the deluxe Arctic Cat gauge has a diagnostic mode that you can get into by holding the increment and decrement buttons down for 10 seconds. If press the inrecrement button until it gives you the #3 output it will show you the coolant temperature.

I was talking to a Arctic Cat guy at Haydays and he told me that the output it gives isn't actually F or C. He apparently is correct. Here's a picture of the gauge showing the coolant temp, and my aftermarket gauge showing the same thing in the crossover pipe:

This is right after the thermostat opened. The thermostat opens at 150F, where the gauge shows 167-169. Throughout the temp range the coolant temp output is vaugley about 20 higher than what my gauge reported.

I see you have the same accurate fuel gauge as the rest of us owners..
Nice catch on the built in temp gauge..:present:

Nice, but do you have any idea when the temp-light goes on just by looking at the deluxe gague? have a hcr so this would be a really good feature for me to watch my temp while riding.
