I just bought a bottle of Redline Super Light Shockproof. After speaking with the Redline rep, it should be about the right viscosity. I've always run it in my race cars with excellent results, I expect nothing less in a diamond drive
Probably would work fine as any good synthetic will just depends on the weight.To thick it may blow the seals.I think for a couple more bucks I'll stick with the ac synthetic.
Used Amsoil TCC the last 2 years in my M7 and last year in the M1000. No problems yet. Not cheap, but cheaper than the Cat ripoff oil. May just use 10wt hyd oil next change.
