Has anyone run these ?

I just picked one up, I will not hurt my sled by running one correct ? It says it is compatible with the 06 800 Summit Adrenaline.

I bought two for $49 each. I ran one, it ran really good at first, but then it died off and I was losing RPM's badly. I went back to the Doo 166 and have been going strong since. If you compare the belts side by side there is a big difference. It was worth the gamble but I won't be buying anymore. Probably keep them around as spare/backup belts.

I ran it when we had a LOT of snow, lots of wide open long runs, might have made it die faster, but I won't be buying anymore.

Thanks I bought one for $49.00 as well. I have 600 miles on my 06 and it still has the factory belt on it. I will give a report once I cook the original.

ski doo 417300166 vs new 383 replacement

Has anyone run into a problem with the new replacement belt being to wide? I have a skidoo 2004 800 with a Team Reaction secondary and this new replacement belt makes the inside sheave hit the frame when trying to hit full rpm not allowing the sled to go above 7200 rpm. Comparing the two belts the 383 is about 2mm wider. Any suggestions? Add a shim or two? Thanks

Yep, I ran into this with the TEAM trying to run the -377.
IMO the belt to run is the Doo -288. Correct dimension for the Rev and extremely durable.
