ride safe this year guys get a beacon and all the avy equipment and know how to use it!! take an avy training class and always check snow conditions for where you ride, have fun ride safe and come home at the end of the day

Just drove through Jackson, MT this weekend. Twice. Went right past Shepard's Garage (kinda hard to miss in that town).

Makes me think of him every time I drive through there.

RIP a really nice guy even if you rode yellow.. he would always offer help....

My favorite part of the Hillclimb was when the announcer would say,"David Shepherd is on the line". The crowd would suddenly become silent because everyone knew they were about to witness something great. I have a short story about David on my shop wall that I read whenever I get a chance, very inspirational, very sad.
