Dangnabbit!!! Cracked crossmember!!

Is this common after putting in the compfusion mounts? Mounts too strong for the crossmember or what?? What's the fix, or should I say.... whose building a better one?

yes it is common we broke 4 between my brother and i but his first one was with out the compfusion mounts.

a billet cross member is the only solution but no one is making one yet. polzinhunter on here is working on one but just not ready yet.

a few of us have had custom ones made.

So should I just take mine to a machinist and tell him I need one of these, billet, but without the crack????

Or does someone have someone on speed dial that can produce one of these in a fairly quick fashion. This wasn't in the plans......

I'm making them. Made a few for Sean and one for Z-man. I have a batch in process right now pm me if you need one.
