cylinder head replacement thoughts

let me word this a little better
my buddy rides a o7 m1000 with slp pipe, y pipe, boondocker box, torsional clutch. he wants more power is thinking about changing his head. which brand is best for reliability, tuneability, rideability? not a lot of super long chutes but a lot of tree riding. what have you had good luck with????????
