Cutlers performance

Okay, so this will be my first year on an AC. Loved it so far, but it needed some clutch work before the next season.

I pulled the clutches and the diamond drive (for the bearing upgrade) and took them down to have them serviced. From the guy at the door who greeted me to the guy that was actually performing the service, the customer service was great. They were honest about my options and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

I know bad advertising spreads further and faster than good, so I wanted to make sure they got recognized for their customer friendly service.

I've heard both good and bad about their customer service but they know their chit that's for sure. It's going to be my first year on AC and I'll need all the help I can get, and I hope they can be my go to when in need. I emailed them with a couple questions about my Big Bore after I bought it and Dale himself emailed me back promptly with great answers and suggestions. That means a lot in my book.:face-icon-small-win

My best friend has bought all of his cats there, had his turbo M8 built there, takes 3-4 sleds there every week to get fixed. He loves them.

Over the past several years I've done a lot of business with Dale and Shane on the parts counter, and plan on continuing that. I've never had anything but honest answers and great service. Dale isn't the cheapest out there, but he knows his stuff and you get what you pay for.

I'm a pretty well dyed in the wool Polaris rider. I have known Dale for many years. I've always said that if there was someone who could get me on a Cat it would be him.

One thing that I have found that makes a successful dealer is that the owner has passion for what he does. Dale fits that definition for sure.

Another great thing about Cutler's is that they have allot of stuff in stock. Most of the time they will have the part you need that day.

Again, they aint the cheapest but they got what you need!

Hyper--- bearing upgrade??? Is there a recall that I am not aware of? If so, for what specifically?

The diamond drive has a single row bearing and a spacer that the planetary shaft rides on, it is a fairly well know weak spot on the m8's.

AC will warranty the issue, but I wanted to have it taken care of before the season started and I lost riding time as a result.

They replace the single row bearing with a double row that is much more reliable.
