cutler turbo whos running one this year?

looked at cutlers kit today and was really impressed with everything, really liked his setup, he was very knowledgeable and good to talk to took alot of time to explain and walk through it all. would like to hear from some people that have been running this kit. ive been running a bd rg (this is on a m8 btw) and like it but would like to change a few things, really liked his throttle bodies.

Im installing one at the moment, a stage 3 on my m8. The quality of the products is amasing! And Dale is great to deal with! I'm new to this 2stroke turbo thing and he has been very helpfull.

I'm running one that I bought last year already set up, let me tell ya... It RIPS I love it, It is a Dragon Slayer, I'm runnin 9 lbs boost using VP110, havent had any real issues, I'm currently changing the reeds and the DD bearing.

I talked with Dale for over an hour today. He is VERY helpful and took the time to answer all the questions I had (a lot!!). If I decide to pull the trigger on a PG turbo, it will be a CPC stage 2 for sure!

i love my cpc m8t. it is my favorite sled to date (been riding for 26 years). it is dales race kit turned down to 7 pounds and it gets nothing but 91 maverik gas . 1400 miles last year and no issues. i would spend the extra coin on the race kit and turn it down, as the race kit comes with clutching, cold air intake, and larger fuelpump. here is a link to many cpc m8t and all videos are 91 pump gas. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvuepXn1b90

Cold Air

I really like the cold air intake of the Cutler's setup rather then the intake being under the hood. I realize you add a lot of vents in the area but it still just wouldn't be the same as an intake routed straight out the top.

I have read where some guys are melting the intake plumbing on the Cutler kits. Any truth to this? It looks like a good idea to me.

I was wondering about that too as I looked at the pictures. The intake house looks a lot like the same stuff that is at the front of a stock sleds intake. Seems like if it's a problem that there would be an easy swap for something that would be able to handle the heat a bit better though.

I like the Cold Air intake as well. I can't imagine there being a heat problem with the ducting looking at all the install pictures I have seen. I have no doubt CPC would fix you up if there was even the slightest problem.

I'm sure they'd fix you up quickly if something was going wrong.

Kind of off topic but are any of the two stroke kits "stand alone" fuel systems that adjust themselves? I know a lot of the Nytro setups and a couple of the Apex setups are available now or will be soon.

Not yet, but I am sure it is coming.
