Where does the ECM get relocated with this kit. Is this a complete kit?

on the exhaust side belly pan up on top of the shock tower... and yes it is. Has three never installed screens the plenum with hole fir air temp sensor and pre filter screen with metal re-inforced UNI filter ill take some better pics
